The event is a student led interactive forum promoting and discussing youth innovation entrepreneurship, inviting leaders to share their pathways to success and students to realize their ideas and aspirations.
How does Vancouver Youth Entrepreneurship Conference work?
During this two-hour panel, guest speakers from various disciplines of the entrepreneurship world will share their wisdom on how they started, what they learned and what it takes to succeed. Students will also partake in discussions on the inspiration, challenges and achievements of specialists in various exciting areas of business, innovation and education.
If you are looking to learn and engage with top entrepreneurs and business educators, this is the event for you. We will feature established entrepreneurs at different stages in their careers as well start-up pioneers.
Our line-up includes marketing specialists, Wharton lecturer, technology and innovation, and non-profit developers.

Tina Wells is the CEO and founder of Buzz Marketing Group, which creates marketing strategies for clients within the beauty, entertainment, fashion, financial, and lifestyle sectors. In addition to serving on the Young Entrepreneur Council, the United Nation’s Global Entrepreneurship Council, and The Franklin Institute's board of directors, Tina is also the current Academic Director of Wharton's Leadership in the Business World program.
Bernadette is a seasoned advertising expert with over 20 years experience with Fortune 500 brands all over North America. With 8 advertising awards and two commercials on the World’s Funniest Reel, Bernadette is now the Founder and CEO of advertising technology, StoryTap.com. StoryTap is a directed user-generated video storytelling platform that helps any organization easily collect and share authentic social video stories like testimonials, case studies from anyone, anywhere in the world.
Willson is the co-founder of GoFetch. He is involved in crafting the company culture, shaping the brand, and innovating future growth opportunities in mobile marketplaces. Under Willson’s leadership, GoFetch is the epitome of the sharing economy, with plans to expand into new markets and offerings. Willson received his Graduate Certificate in Digital Marketing from New York University and studied Commerce at the University of British Columbia
Lyndon is an impact entrepreneur, marketing specialist, and recent alum from Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business. During this time, Lyndon has successfully founded a cricket-protein company, managed a client-facing sustainable product development project, and advocated for food security at various public speaking engagements. At Spring, Lyndon wants to merge his passions for impact and marketing to make impact mainstream and help existing entrepreneurs succeed.
Michelle is a performance driven marketing and communications professional with nearly two decades of comprehensive achievements in digital marketing, PR, sales, community management, operations, team leadership and entrepreneurial endeavors. She has focused her professional career development on bringing ideas from inception to execution in the Emerging Technology, Digital Media and Nonprofit industries.
